Here are the 3 sites i use as reference when designing a website:

1. Color Names and Hexadecimals in HTML, by Zoltex Built
   [ good if your looking to use names like yellow, blueviolet, limegreen, etc. ]
2. Websafe Colour Chart, by Daxassist
   [ simple chart, concise, for if you want hexidecimal numbers - ie: #FF9933 or #CC66FF ]
3. Browser-Safe Colors Organized By Hue, Lynda Weinman
   [ wide chart, a little too wide, but good for visual cues because it's organized by color ]
