The first name was too restrictive considering feedList will also show Atom feeds as well as rss feeds. The second name was a mistake most likely (I don't remember having the space in there). Finally I moved it to the plugins database to hopefully, make it easier for folks to stay up-to-date with any changes that happen. I try to make it as backward compatible as I can (for instance any old calls to rssLinkList(...) should still work) but I undoubtedly mess up at times. If I ever do please let me know.
